Activation Checklist

Before you start calling and emailing, take 10 minutes to set yourself up. This checklist makes sure you’re ready to win from Day 1.


✅ Step 1: Tools Ready

  • Phone — Charged and ready to call.

  • Email — Login ready. Use plain text emails (no design needed).

  • Notebook or Spreadsheet — Optional. You can track everything in your REmomentum portal, but some prefer a backup.


✅ Step 2: Scripts Ready

  • Save or print the Call Scripts page. These are short, word-for-word.

  • Have the Voicemail line handy: “Hi [First Name], this is [Your Name]. Quick update for your home on [Street]. Call or text me back at [Your Number].”

  • Save the Email templates into your drafts.


✅ Step 3: Time Blocks Scheduled

  • Block two 30–60 min windows per day for emails or calls.

  • Pick one morning slot and one late afternoon slot (best answer times).


✅ Step 4: Know Your Outcomes

In the portal, after each attempt, click the (…) and choose an outcome:

  • Warm Reply (No Appt Yet)

  • Appointment Booked

  • No Reply (Voicemail/SMS)

  • Interested – Follow Up Needed

  • Do Not Call / Opt-Out

  • Explicit No

  • Working With Agent

  • Incorrect Contact Info

  • Listing Agreement Signed

  • Under Contract

  • Deal Closed

  • Not Yet Contacted

Always update outcomes. It shows your progress and tells you the next move.


✅ Step 5: Quick Mindset Reset

  • Remember: these are cold leads — they aren’t expecting you. Stay calm, stay short, and focus only on booking the appointment.

  • Don’t try to sell the house. Sell the meeting.
