Here are the exact words to use. Keep it short, human, and natural. Say them out loud a few times so they flow. Swap in [First Name], [Street Address], and [Area] when speaking.


Call Scripts

Navigate to the “Call” tab in the client portal (app.remomentum.com → Call). This tab shows your verified phone numbers that are DNC safe and ready to use. Focus on calling from here so you don’t waste time on bad numbers.

Seller Lead Call Script

Hi [First Name], this is [Your Name]. Are you the owner at [Street Address]?

If yes: Perfect. I help homeowners in [Area] decide if now’s the right time to sell. I built a simple 3-option plan for your place. It only takes 15 minutes to review. Would mornings or afternoons work better?

If not interested: Totally fine. Would you like me to send you the one-page plan so you have it for later?


Buyer Lead Call Script

Hi [First Name], this is [Your Name] here in [Area]. I help buyers get into the right home without wasting time. I’d love to create a shortlist of homes that fit what you’re looking for, and even set up a time to go see them in person together. Would tomorrow or the next day work better?


Voicemail (use if no answer)

Hi [First Name], this is [Your Name]. Quick update for your place on [Street]. Call or text me back at [Your Number]. I’ll also send you an email.


Common Objections & Responses

Objection: “How did you get my number?” Response: I work with homeowners and buyers in [Area]. My system flags people who might be considering a move. If now’s not the right time, that’s totally fine — but would you like me to send you a quick plan for later?

Objection: “I’m not interested.” Response: Got it — thanks for letting me know. By chance, do you know anyone nearby who might be thinking of making a move? I’d really appreciate the heads-up.

Objection: “Already working with an agent.” Response: Respect that. If things ever change, would you like me to send over the one-page plan so you’ve got it on hand?


Email Templates

Navigate to the “Email” tab in the client portal (app.remomentum.com → Email). Always use the Verified Emails column. These are deliverability-checked and safe to send, so you don’t waste time validating them or risk hurting your sender reputation.

Best Practice: Send no more than 30–50 emails per day using the same script. This helps keep your messages landing in the primary inbox instead of spam.

Seller First Email
