The REmomentum client portal is where members access their exclusive leads, update outcomes, track performance, and manage their account. It is the single source of truth for lead delivery and membership management.

Main sections of the portal

  • Dashboard — overview of lead counts, outcomes, and performance metrics

  • All Leads — searchable/filterable list of all exclusive leads in active areas

  • Lead detail view — contact info, property info, outcomes, and notes

  • Outcomes tracker — update outcomes (Booked, Interested, No Reply, etc.)

  • Ads - custom meta (facebook and instagram) ads audience that can be downloaded and ready to import into meta ads at a click of a button.

  • Call - view built for calling leads with verified phone numbers

  • Email - view built for emailing leads with verified emails

  • Mail - view built for sending direct mail to leads with verified addresses

Steps

  1. Log in with your email and password.

  2. The Dashboard shows an overview of current leads and outcomes.

  3. Click All Leads to see your full list by area, with filters and search.

  4. Open a lead to view details, add notes, and set an outcome.

  5. Use Billing & Plans to manage your membership.

Q: Can I export my leads? A: Yes, exports are available by simply clicking on the Export CSV button on the top right of on each leads list page.
