Short answer

REmomentum leads come from proprietary intent-based data partnerships and enrichment pipelines. Each lead is exclusive to one paying client per area (ZIP). No two clients in the same area receive the same contact record. Every lead is someone that our system picked up as searching to buy or sell a home.

When to use

  • Prospect or client asks “Where do the leads come from?”

Steps

  1. Ingest raw behavioral/intent data from providers.

  2. Run validation: email verification, phone validation, homeownership check.

  3. Score the leads based on internal indicators of likliness to be a strong lead.

  4. Standardize into the REmomentum leads.

  5. Match against client areas.

  6. Assign leads exclusively: each active lead → only one client in that ZIP.

  7. Deliver via portal, export, or integration.
