Short answer

An outcome is any saved status other than Not Yet Contacted. Outcomes mark real progress on a lead, trigger reporting, and power automations.

When to use

  • A client asks what qualifies as an outcome

  • AI needs to calculate reporting metrics (conversion, contact rate, etc.)

  • Clarifying difference between Not Yet Contacted vs. active outcomes

Outcomes list

  • Warm Reply (No Appt Yet) — positive interest but no appointment scheduled

  • Appointment Booked — a meeting or call is scheduled

  • No Reply (Voicemail/SMS) — message left, waiting on contact

  • Interested – Follow Up Needed — prospect interested but needs more touches

  • Do Not Call / Opt-Out — contact opted out or requested no further outreach

  • Explicit No — prospect clearly uninterested

  • Working With Agent — already engaged with another agent

  • Incorrect Contact Info — disconnected, wrong person, or invalid details

  • Listing Agreement Signed — seller signed an agreement with the client

  • Under Contract — transaction is pending contract

  • Deal Closed — transaction fully closed

  • Not Yet Contacted — system default; does not count as an outcome

Steps

  1. Open the contact record in the client portal.

  2. On the right side of the list for each lead, there are 3 dots you can select. This will open the outcomes.

  3. Select the most accurate outcome from the dropdown.

  4. Save the record. Automations and reporting will update.

Inputs

  • Outcome field — required; selected from dropdown

  • Notes — optional; free-text to clarify context

Outputs

  • Dashboard reporting — outcomes update contact rate, conversion, pipeline progress

  • Triggers — follow-ups, suppressions, escalations tied to outcome type

Definitions

  • Outcome — any non-default status that reflects progress or result of outreach

  • Not Yet Contacted — system placeholder; ignored in reports
